 1. How do I return?

  • To begin your return, visit our returns center:
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
2. What items are returnable? 
  • Items purchased within 10 days from the date of delivery
  • Unused and resellable items 
  • Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact
3. What are the refund options?
  • Store Credits

4. Can I make an exchange?

  • We do NOT issue exchanges or refunds. All returns will be processed as store credits.

5. How do I ship back the returning items?

  • For instructions on how to ship the returned products, please refer to the email received after placing the return request.

6. How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. The refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval. This varies depending on your financial institution.
